Mandatory Room Rental (Stations A, B, C or D): $500
Mandatory Set-Up & Cleaning Fee: $150
Private Bar Set-Up: $150 (Does NOT include gratuity)

$100 cancellation fee once confirmed

Drink Tickets:

  • House Beer, Wine or Well Liquor Drink: $8
  • Full Line of Beer, Wine and Liquor (Premium): $10

Pitmaster Buffet (see menu above): $19.95 per guest
Hors d’oeuvre (see menu above): $14.95 per guest

 


Private Bar Options

Option I – Master Bill

Customer to pay private bar set-up fee ($150 per bar) and will designate well or premium drink options with no set dollar limit. Credit card will be provided at start of event and one tab created for guest to enjoy all alcoholic beverages on a master bill. An automatic 20% gratuity will be added to final amount.

Option II – Set Limit Bar

Customer to pay private bar set-up fee ($150 per bar) and can designate well or premium drink options with a set dollar amount (cap). Once bartender is within $50.00 of cap, bartender or event director will notify host and discuss options to stay or increase cap. When set limit is met, bar goes to customer pay (cash bar). An automatic 20% gratuity will be added to final “set limit” total.

Option III – Drink Tickets

Customer to pay private bar set-up fee and can designate specific number of drink tickets per guest. Guest will present tickets to bartender to receive drinks. Tickets are specific and NON-REFUNDABLE if go unused.

Premium Drink Tickets $10

Option IV – Cash Bar

Customer to pay private bar set-up fee ($150 per bar) and each guest pays their own tab.
