*Jungle Bird: 8% cocktail inspired ale. We paired up with our friends, and best canners of cocktails in the game, to make a beer riff on the modern cocktail classic. Funky notes from fermented molasses pairs with bright tropical fruits to take you away on a flavor journey to Kuala Lumpur.
2nd Course: Cobb Salad
Beer: Takk Peaches
*Takk Peaches: 5.5% Peach Ale Takk being "thanks" in Norwegian, we are saying thank you to peaches with this beautiful peach ale. Using a Norwegian farmhouse yeast to emphasize the peach character, we are building layers of flavor capped off with curaçao orange peel.
3rd Course: Turkey Burger Sliders
Beer: Table Beer
*Table Beer: 4.3% Belgian Style Pale Ale Our annual nod to a classic beer for the table. Inspired from the beers of Belgium, we use selected Belgian hops from Forrest Farm and a blend of yeast to make a low abv stunner.
4th Course: Smoked Brisket with Lobster Mac and Cheese

5th Course: Oreo Cheesecake
Beer: Koko Buni
*Koko Buni: 6.5% Milk porter with coconut and Athens local coco nibs (Condor Chocolate) and coffee (1000 faces coffee)
